Desert mallow with red flowers. Appears to be a selection of Sphaeralcea ambigua but smaller. It grows three feet wide and tall with red flowers instead or orange . Cut back flowers when done blooming and they will regrow and flowers again. Excellent pollinator plant for bees. Also, food plant for the painted lady butterfly caterpillars.
