Included with design package:

- Once agreement is signed, 1 hour meeting with team within 10 miles from 90065. If zip code is more than 10 miles from 90065 than there is an additional fee for the site visit.  

- Site analysis - includes survey and space measurements

- Digital drawing + 2D print out

- Custom plant palette and layout.  This includes links to products on Plant Material website, which includes descriptions and lighting requirements.

-1 round of design revisions. Extra revisions available for an additional fee.

- Lighting and hardscaping design.  Hardscaping design are pathways, firepit, pergola, fence,  stair, and deck placement. 

**Fence, stair, and deck design are an additional fee 

- 20% plant purchase if purchased from Plant Material.  Discount is valid as a one time use per project.

- We can provide installation recommendations if needed.

- We can provide resource information on where to source boulders, rocks, pebbles, and outdoor furniture.

- Bulk soil and cedar mulch discount 

Pricing:

Full Yard: $3000 

Front, Back, or Side Yard: $2,500

Yards are standard size under 1/2 acre

 Terms:

50% down at time of signed agreement

50% when designs are provided

Lead time is 1 month
