Ficus Alii, Braid
A houseplant with a braided trunk grows up to eight feet tall by four feet wide. It cleanses the formaldehyde out of the air. Alii means King in Hawaiian.
- Plant in bright, indirect light-can survive in medium light
- Water when top two inches are dry. Brown and crispy leaves means it needs more water. Black and falling leaves means too much water.
- Best in well drained soil
- Prefers to be potted
- Native to Southeastern Asia, India and China
