A California Native shrub that can reach a height of up to twenty feet tall and fifteen feet wide. The bark is gray, pink and white flowers bloom in the spring through summer. The berries are juicy, bright red, and bumpy. This shrub is native to Channel Islands and mountains north of Los Angeles.
