Coyote Bush

A fast growing shrub that can reach maturity in two years.  It can grow up to six feet high and wide.  Coyote bush blooms in the late summer to early fall.  Pairs well with oaks.  You can prune in the mid winter before new growth.  If you cut the plant back hard or mow it is recommended to lightly fertilize with a nitrogen fertilizer to encourage new growth.  You could prune this shrub into any topiary subject you desire.
