Eleanor Monkeyflower
A shrub that grows up to two feet tall and three feet wide. Yellow flowers bloom spring through summer- the stigmas are sensitive and will close after they are touched. It has green sticky leaves. It is normal for the plant to go dormant and drop it's leaves in a summer dry garden. It is recommended to pinch back new growth in spring to maintain a compact form and deadhead to increase flower production.
