Pineapple sage can reach up to four feet high and three feet wide.  Red flowers bloom in August through October.  This plant will spread underground by rhizomes.  

Pineapple sage is used to lower blood pressure, oral issues, digestive problems, and helps with anxiety and insomnia.

Perfect for container gardens, raised beds, in ground growing.
