Rhus ovata, Sugar Bush

A dense, fast growing rounded evergreen shrub that can reach up to thirty feet tall and wide. It has white and pink flowers that bloom in winter and spring and small red fruit that bloom after the flowers and are edible.   This plant produces a pollen that can produce an allergic reaction.
