The fierce sting of the nettle is appeased by the density in her medicine.  Nutrient-rich with calcium, vitamins, minerals and iron.  The sting  of this herbaceous perennial is removed, once steamed or steeped.  One of the foundations for Biodynamic preparations.  Usually one of the first perennials in the spring!

Enjoy fresh or dry as tea (hot or cold), sautéed and eaten as a green vegetable.  Excellent as a substitute for any recipe calling for cooked spinach or kale.
