Baileya multiradiata, Desert Marigold Seed 

A California Native perennial sunflower that can reach a height of up to one and a half feet high and one foot wide.  Yellow flowers bloom in the spring through summer.  The flowers resemble a marigold, it is a great California Native flower replacement!  It goes semi deciduous in the summer through winter.  

You can grow these seeds indoors and transplant them after the last frost.  Seeds sown indoors or in a greenhouse might take up to two months to germinate.  Or scatter them in well draining soil during the rainy season.
