Organic Non-GMO Open-Pollinated Burgess Buttercup Winter Squash Seeds

This long time favorite superb winter squash is sure to please. Flattened fruits are dark green and lightly striped with a noteworthy gray button on the blossom end.  With beautiful turban shaped fruit, it encompasses bright orange, stringless, sweet flesh and is one the of the finest found in any squash.  One vine produces many fruits 3-5  pounds each.  

Bake and mash, or use in soup, stew or stir fry. Never boil squash as it ruins its finer qualities.

A medium-length keeper.
