Meadow Rue

This perennial herb can grow up to seven feet tall.  Several plants should be planted together.  The male flowers are showier and have cream-colored stamens; the females have clusters of greenish pistils that bloom in the Spring.  It goes dormant in Summer.  This plant produces a pollen that can produce an allergic reaction.
