Stinging Nettle helps reduce inflammation with body pain- muscles and joints, arthritis, gout, anemia, and urinary issues. It contains many vitamins- A,B,C,K, calcium, iron,magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium- these nutrients act like an antioxidant in your body. You can eat stinging nettle just about anyway- sauté, juiced, in smoothies, puree, bake it muffins, throw it is soups and salads. It looses its sting once it has been cooked, dried, or crushed!
