These Iris' grow up to two feet high and spread up to three feet wide. White flowers bloom February through April.  These plants do best in a woodland or meadow garden.  These plants are summer dormant and need little summer water, if they receive too much water the plants might rot.  They form clumps up to three feet wide, which can be divided in winter.

It is best to prune in late fall. The roots only grow in fall before the rainy season.   If you see red brown leaves in the summer you should remove with shears or scissors, do not rip off.
