Hakea scoparia, Kangaroo Bush

An Australian medium sized shrub that grows up to fifteen feet tall by eight feet wide.   The leaves are long, silver, and linear.  Pink , fragrant flower clusters form on the ends of branches and bloom in the spring. Can be used for cut flowers.  Heavy pruning can damage this plant.
