A vine-like native to the Channel Islands. This fast growing perennial can reach up to four feet tall and eight feet wide, can also be pruned and kept as a more uniform shrub. Red trumpet flowers bloom in the spring through fall.
- Full sun to part shade (aim for part shade at hot inland sites)
- Tolerates a variety of soils, great in containers
- Water up to twice a month once established
- Attracts butterflies, birds and hummingbirds
- Hardy up to 25 degrees
- Native to California
