Chapparal Whitethorn

A shrub in the buckthorn Rhamnaceae family that grows up to thirteen feet tall and seven feet wide.  It has white bark and blue flowers that bloom in spring.  It is an excellent choice for soil stabilization because of it's extensive root system.
