Blue Spires Rosemary

An evergreen shrub that grows up to four to five feet tall and two to three wide.  It has a unique light grey-green foliage, covered with clear blue flowers over a long season. Popular in herb gardens or as an informal hedge or screen. Easily pruned into topiary forms. A hardy, drought tolerant evergreen that requires little care, once established.

Leaves may be used (fresh or dried) in a variety of cooking applications such as stews, breads, stuffings, herbal butters or vinegars. Leaves also provide excellent flavor to meats, fish and vegetables. Leaves and flowers are used in sachets. Oil is commercially used in some perfumes, soaps, shampoos, lotions and other toiletries.
