85 days. Ventura produces much more celery per plant than older Utah strains and has stronger than average seedling growth. The huge plants are 24-26" tall with 6-8 bright green 11-13" long stalks that are slow to pith. A great source of vitamin C and fiber. You'll love the crisp sweet flavor.
