Iris 'Pacific Coast Hybrids'

These Iris' grow up to two feet high and spread up to five feet wide.  Blue, cream, lavender, light Blue, light Purple, purple, or white flowers bloom February through April.  These plants do best in a woodland or meadow garden.  This plant is summer dormant and needs little summer watering.  Too much summer watering may rot the plants.  They form clumps up to three feet wide, which can be divided in winter.

It is best to prune in late fall. The roots only grow in fall before the rainy season.   If you see red brown leaves in the summer you should remove with shears or scissors, do not rip off.
