Hakea laurina, Pin-cushion Hakea
An upright rounded shrub or small tree that grows up to twenty feet tall and wide. The leaves are long and have a sharp point at the tip. The bark is gray. Pink and white flower clusters form on the ends of branches bloom in the spring. Can be used for cut flowers. Heavy pruning can damage this plant.
