Palmer's Goldenbush

A California shrub that grows up to thirteen feet tall and ten feet wide.  This shrub can be found in the Sonoran Desert, Channel Islands, and the South Coast. Yellow flowers bloom spring through fall.  

Plant with: Manzanita (Arctostaphylos sp.), Sagebrush (Artemisia californica), Ceanothus sp.Bush Poppy (Dendromecon rigida), Brittlebush (Encelia californica), Buckwheat (Eriogonum sp.), Bush Mallow (Malacothamnus fasciculatus), Bladderpod (Peritoma arborea), Sage (Salvia sp.), and various cactus and succulent species.

Plant in full sun to part shade

- Best in fast to medium draining sandy soil

- Water twice a month once established

- Attracts butterflies, birds, and bees

- Hardy up to 0 degrees

-Native to California
