Certified Organic Heirloom Fish Pepper

A medium to hot variegated pepper.  This pepper is traditionally used to season seafood in oyster and crab houses in the Chesapeake Bay.  Fruit is best picked when it is three inches long.  The pepper starts off white, then turns light green with dark green stripes, to orange with red or brown streaks.  Plants can reach up to two feet tall.  80 days to maturity.  

Perfect for container gardens, raised beds, in ground growing.

 6+ hours of sunlight.

Regular water at the base of the plant.

Fertilize every 6 weeks throughout the growing season.   A great producer of juicy fruit.
