This is a dark green pepper that turns mahogany when mature and will be about six inches long. The plant will grow to about three feet tall. It is mildly pungent that is used fresh or dried. It is great in Mexican dishes- stuffed, roasted, ground up in a powder, or in sauces. Maturity takes 80 days.
