Healing With Medicinal Plants of the West, 4th Edition
This remarkable book was written by a Chumash Indian Healer and a Professor of Pharmacology, making it a unique integration of the oldest and newest information on Western medicinal plants. Each plant is carefully presented and researched with references (309 citations!) and accompanied by a color photo. Safety issues for each plant are discussed. This book is the 2016 revision of the 2012 Third Edition featuring new information that reflects the ongoing research by Dr. Adams in his lab at USC.
