Common Name: Red Bush Monkeyflower
A shrub that grows up to two feet tall and three feet wide. Red flowers bloom winter through summer- the stigmas are sensitive and will close after they are touched. It has green sticky leaves. It is normal for the plant to go dormant and drop it's leaves in a summer dry garden. These plants will not tolerate excess summer water.
